The largest silkmoth in North America, this moth has colors and speckling that make it another beautilful example of silkmoths in the US.
The Robin Moth is native to regions east of the continental divide, and has just one brood each year. The large, double-walled cocoons can be found firmly attached to twigs and branches in winter.
