Checkerspot Butterfly Resin Earrings -- Euphydryas chalcedona
This active butterfly has a single brood in the Pacific Northwest and larvae feed on a variety of plants, including Snowberry. Males spend a lot of time at puddles in late spring.

- Very lightweight.
- For earrings, choose .925 Sterling Silver or hypoallergenic niobium earwires. Niobium is less shiny and contains no nickel. See picture.
