Shipping policy
Most packages are sent USPS First Class with tracking, but with live bugs we adjust packaging and shipping speed to match the species and expected heat/cold in transit.
We ship to the address as provided. A "delivered" tracking verification means the product we send has been delivered to the customer. Customers are responsible for meeting the package on arrival, and assume the risk of packages left in the delivery location.
If package tracking is marked as "delivered" but was misdelivered or not delivered to the customer by the shipping company, it is the customers responsibility to work with the shipping company to locate the package. With USPS, this is typically done by working directly with the local post office to get a GPS locate for the delivery scan for the package and having the carrier re-deliver the package.
If a package is taking much longer than would be expected in transit, Customers can contact us and we will work with the shipping company to try and locate and resolve shipment delays.
